I heard an interview with the Tuareg guitarist Bombino on NPR in the car and have been listening to the full album online for the past few days. It’s summertime music. (I think I like it because the first few notes sound like Prototype by Outkast.)

I was listening to some soulful indie music on NPR and saw this advertisement. It’s got to be one of the most accurately targeted internet ads I’ve seen, which is really striking, considering that those make-money-from-home ones seem to be the norm. Behold:

Happy Donuts

I moved to a new house and things have been crazy. I’m planting vegetables, organizing the new kitchen, and adjusting to the new commute. I’m also working from a donut shop nearby that has free wireless. And lots of donuts!
